Describing their offering as 'cocktails and carbs', The Laundrette's mission is clear. The food is pizza-tastic, although imaginative toppings and combinations make for an unusual and unique experience, from the likes of chicken tikka through to slow-cooked harrisa lamb. Cocktails are quirky and colourful, served in jam jars, bathtubs and other unusual vessels.
Inside is warm and welcoming, with plenty of exposed brick, rustic materials and original wall tiles discovered during the venue's renovation. Outside is a pleasant terrace overlooking the park, with comfortable sofa seating for sunny days.
